Terms and Conditions for Local Business Employee Loyalty Card

1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of the Local Business Employee Loyalty Card ("Loyalty Card"). By using the Loyalty Card, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

  • The Loyalty Card is available exclusively to employees of local businesses.

  • Proof of employment will be required upon application and at the time of redemption.

  • The Loyalty Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered employee.

  • The Loyalty Card is only available to individuals aged 18 and over. Proof of age will be required upon application and redemption.

3. Card Usage

  • The Loyalty Card must be presented at the time of purchase to earn and redeem rewards.

  • The Loyalty Card cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

  • The Loyalty Card may only be used for age-restricted products where permitted by law.

4. Earning and Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards are earned based on qualifying purchases as determined by Oxford Vapours.

  • Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

  • The expiration date of rewards is 12 months from the date earned.

  • The Loyalty Card cannot be used to purchase age-restricted products for individuals under 18.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

  • The cardholder must report any lost or stolen cards immediately.

  • Replacement of lost or stolen cards is at the discretion of the issuing business and requires proof of employment and age verification.

6. Termination and Modification

  • The issuing business reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Card programme at any time without prior notice.

  • Misuse of the Loyalty Card, including fraud or unauthorised transfers, may result in immediate termination of participation.

7. Privacy

  • By participating in the programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as necessary for the administration of the Loyalty Card programme.

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any disputes arising from the Loyalty Card programme shall be resolved through negotiation or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
