At Oxford Vapours we strive to provide the best service & prices we can. Our price promise is available on kits, tanks, mods, batteries & chargers at oxfordvapours.com (excludes e-liquids, coils, pods & disposables).
If you can find the product you purchased cheaper, within 28 days of your purchase, we will happily reimburse the difference by sending you a coupon code to use against your next purchase.
How to claim
If you happen to find one of the applicable products at a competitor that is a lower price than us & meets the criteria below, please email us at contact@oxfordvapours.com with the required information to start your claim.
1 – The full name of the product (including specific variation)
2 – The website address of the competitor & the displayed price
Once we confirm & accept your claim we will then reimburse the difference, which will be returned in the form of a coupon code within 5 working days to use against your next purchase.
Terms & Conditions
Your claim must meet the following requirements:

- Price promise only applies against a single product purchase, multi-buy or bulk purchase prices are excluded.
- Price promise only applies to normal prices & excludes discounted/sale prices.
- The product must be exactly identical to the one we sell.
- The matched price must be valid at the point of the original purchase at oxfordvapours.com.
- The competitor must be based in the UK.
- The competitor must be selling to end consumers at retail prices & not to businesses at wholesale prices.
- The product you are claiming against must be in stock & available to purchase.
- The price promise excludes retailers such as; eBay, Amazon, auction sites, resellers, outlets & liquidation sales.
- The price promise excludes affiliations, cashback, discount codes, vouchers, gift cards, free products, competitions, giveaways etc.
- The price promise excludes any online offers or promotions from oxfordvapours.com post the date of purchase.
- Oxford Vapours will have the final decision on the price promise.
- Oxford Vapours reserves the right to withdraw our price promise scheme at any time.
- These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
