We’re always looking for ways to improve your experience at Oxford Vapours, and we’d like to share an important update regarding our in-store loyalty system. From April 3rd, 2025, there will be a significant change to how loyalty points are earned and retained. Here’s everything you need to know:
What’s Changing?

Loyalty points will now expire 1 year after they are earned. This means that you’ll need to use your loyalty points within 12 months of receiving them.

Points earned before April 3rd, 2024 (one year before the change) will be removed from your account on April 3rd, 2025.
To ensure you make the most of your rewards, we encourage you to spend your points before the new system goes into effect.
Why the Change?
This update is designed to keep the loyalty system fair, active, and rewarding for everyone. By setting a 1-year expiration on points, we can better align the program with our customers' needs and create a more streamlined experience.
What Should You Do Now?

Check Your Loyalty Balance – Visit any of our stores and speak to a team member to find out how many points you currently have.
