The Elf Bar AF5000 provides 5000 puffs of hugely satisfying and long-lasting flavour with an ingenious take on the common single-use disposable mouth-to-lung (MTL) pod vaping system, all within the TPD regulations and guidelines.

This simple, easy-to-use, cost-effective vaping device has been innovatively designed to feature Elf Bar's QUAQ mesh coil technology with its integrated 1.2Ω coil within a built-in 2ml e-liquid pod. Once you have enjoyed the initial supply, up to a further 10ml of e-liquid is supplied to the coil from a dedicated refill container.
The AF5000 is powered by a Type-C USB rechargeable 650mAh battery, offering extended longevity of up to eight times the use of a common 600-puff disposable vape, proving far more affordable and better for the environment.

Choose from fifteen classic Elf Bar flavours, prefilled with 20mg (2%) nicotine strength within a nicotine salt-based e-liquid, and insert the supplied dedicated refill container. With draw-activation functionality, you are good to go. Topping up the 2ml internal pod is simple; turn the device upside down for a leak-free refill.

This disposable kit is designed to provide up to approximately 5000 puffs, with the actual number of puffs depending on the length of each draw. Taking longer draws may result in lower puff counts.

AF5000 Setup

Follow these simple steps to set up your AF5000 device:

  • Remove the cap from the 10 ml refill container by pressing down on the child-proof safety cap and twisting.
  • Pull and remove the rubber plug found within the main section of the AF5000 device.
  • Position and slide the refill container into place, ensuring it is flush and fully installed within the device's body.
  • Turn upside down and wait for approximately ten seconds.
  • Inhale on the mouthpiece and enjoy!

Note: Plug a Type-C compatible USB charging cable into the port on the device's side to charge the internal 650mAh battery.

Elf Bar's QUAQ mesh coil technology delivers enhanced longevity and flavour production through a target resistance of 1.2Ω, intentionally engineered with a narrow tolerance of 0.02Ω, ensuring consistency and reliable performance.

The QUAQ mesh coil has been successfully implemented on the Elf Bar 600 V2, Lost Mary BM600S, and Elf Bar Crystal CR600 single-use vaping kits.
Furthermore, the Elf Bar Elfa Pro prefilled pod vape kit incorporates QUAQ Mesh coil technology.
