Oxford Vapours In-Store Loyalty System Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Oxford Vapours In-Store Loyalty System ("Loyalty Program"). By participating in the Loyalty Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may choose not to participate in the Loyalty Program.

2. Eligibility

  • The Loyalty Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

  • Participation requires registration in-store with valid details, including your name, email address, and/or phone number.

  • Employees of Oxford Vapours and their immediate families are eligible to join but may be excluded from certain promotions.

3. Enrolment

  • To enrol, customers must provide accurate and up-to-date personal details at an Oxford Vapours store.

  • Customers will earn points with qualifying purchases made at participating Oxford Vapours stores.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform staff of their participation in the Loyalty Program before completing a purchase.

4. Earning Loyalty Points

  • Points are earned based on the amount spent in-store. For every £10 spent, you will receive £0.25 in loyalty. For every £10 spent on packs of pods or coils, you will receive £0.50 in loyalty.

  • Points are only awarded on purchases of eligible products. Some items may be excluded, such as clearance items, promotions, or products prohibited by law.

  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Oxford Vapours reserves the right to modify the points earning rate or qualifying products at any time without prior notice.

5. Redeeming Loyalty Points

  • Points can be redeemed in-store once a minimum of 0.01 loyalty has been accumulated.

  • Points may not be redeemed for gift cards, prohibited products, or combined with other discounts unless specified.

  • Points can be redeemed in a single transaction; unused balances will be retained.

6. Account Management

  • It is the participant's responsibility to ensure their account details remain accurate and up-to-date.

  • Loyalty points are linked to your registered details and cannot be transferred between accounts or to other individuals.

  • Oxford Vapours may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend any Loyalty Program account if fraudulent activity, misuse, or abuse is detected.

7. Expiration of Points

  • Loyalty points will expire 12 months after they are earned if unused.

  • Oxford Vapours is not responsible for notifying customers of expiring points.

8. Changes to the Loyalty Program

  • Oxford Vapours reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time.

  • Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated via the Oxford Vapours website, in-store notices, or email.

9. Data Protection

  • By participating in the Loyalty Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your data will only be used to manage your participation in the Loyalty Program and for communication regarding your loyalty account.

10. General Conditions

  • Oxford Vapours reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or refuse participation in the Loyalty Program to any individual at its discretion.

  • Oxford Vapours is not responsible for any technical errors, delays, or malfunctions that may impact the Loyalty Program.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
