Delivery

The VapeVan is a local delivery service that covers the following postcodes:
OX1*, OX2*, OX3*, OX4*, OX5*, OX7* OX10*, OX11*, OX12*, OX13*, OX14*, OX18*, OX26* OX28*, OX29*, OX33*, OX44*, SN7*.

The VapeVan delivery option will only be visable to customers with a delivery address that matches one of these postcodes. If you do not have an account on the website with a saved address that is compatible, the Vapevan delivery option will not become visable until you have entered a qualifying postcode during the checkout process. For ease of use, we recommend creating an account and saving your delivery address.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ENTER A VALID PHONE NUMBER & EMAIL ADDRESS ON CHECKOUT SO THAT WE CAN CONTACT YOU BEFORE DELIVERY.

WE WILL NOT ATTEMPT DELIVERY UNLESS WE CAN SUCCESSFULLY CONTACT YOU.

We aim to deliver the same working day (Mon-Fri) between 5pm-8pm – you will be contacted to confirm a 30 minute delivery window.

Orders must be recieved before 16.30pm to guarantee same day delivery. Delivery for orders that are made after this time will be delivered the next working day.

Customers placing orders over the weekend will be contacted on the following Monday, before we attempt to deliver.

There may be scenarios where we are unable to deliver in the same working day if we experience adverse weather conditions, technical difficulties with our website or delivery vehicle or experience personal circumstances that do not allow us to travel.

Under these scenarios we will attempt to arrange delivery at the earliest possible time or arrange delivery via Royal Mail – if the conditions offered do not suit, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund of any amount already paid. We will not offer compensation under these circumstances.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is £4.95 for orders under £40 or free for orders of £40 or more.

An additional delivery charge of £4.95 will be charged in a scenario where we have not been able to deliver on the second attempt through no fault of our own and you, the customer, require a further delivery.

Payments

VapeVan orders received through the website must be paid with a debit or credit card via the PayPal portal (A Paypal account is not required)

If you wish to pay for a vapevan delivery with cash or card on delivery, you MUST contact Ryan before hand on 07943774253.

Age Verification

By accepting our age verification process and completing the checkout process online, you have declared that the purchaser of the order is aged 18+.

There MUST be a person aged 18+ at the delivery address to take receipt of the order – we will ask for valid I.D in line with the Challenge 25 policy if the recipient appears under the age of 25.

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver an order if the recipient appears under the age of 25 and cannot produce a valid form of I.D – in this scenario we would contact the purchaser to discuss the matter and reserve the right to choose to either arrange redelivery or cancel the order – if a payment has been made before this point we reserve the right to withhold any cost of delivery from any refunded amount.

Failed deliveries

By making an order for VapeVan delivery, you are committing to being able to receive the order at the time agreed when contacted by phone, or arrange for an adult over the age of 18 to be present.

If we physically attempt to deliver, but are unsuccessful for reasons out of our control, including, but not limited to;

· No verified adult present to accept the order.
· Incorrect address or contact details submitted with the order.
· Access to the address is not possible due to restricted access

We will hold paid orders for a maximum of 7 days.

We will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange a delivery time on a following day at no extra charge.

If we are unable to successfully complete a second arranged delivery for reasons out of our control, we will hold orders for the remainder of the 7 days hold time. During this period you will be able to collect the order from Unit G4, Kingston Business Park, OX13 5FE.

If you wish to arrange a further (third) delivery, this will be at an additional cost of £4.95, regardless of the total value of the order.
