A solution created to work around new legislation in 2016, a 'nicotine shot' or 'nicotine booster' is a 10ml e-liquid that contains 18mg of nicotine and is either unflavoured or contains a cooling agent like menthol or Koolada. These boosters are added to flavoured, nicotine free 'shortfill' e-liquids to make larger amounts of ready-to-vape e-liquid, usually 3mg in strength.
