Oxford Vapours In-Store Referral Scheme: Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility

Referrer Eligibility: To be eligible to refer a new customer, you must already have an active Oxford Vapours loyalty card set up in-store.

Referee Eligibility: The individual being referred (the "referee") must be a new customer to Oxford Vapours and must be 18 years of age or older. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy in-store, and valid ID will be required for age verification.
2. How the Scheme Works

Referral Process: To make a referral, the referrer must give the new customer a referral card. The new customer (referee) must present this card when making their first purchase and setting up their loyalty card in-store.

Reward Criteria for Referrer: The referrer will receive a £7.50 credit when:

The referee presents their referral card.

The referee makes their first purchase in-store.

The referee successfully sets up their own Oxford Vapours loyalty card during that first visit.

The referee is a genuine new customer to Oxford Vapours.

Reward for Referee: The new customer (referee) will receive £5 of loyalty points added to their newly created loyalty card after making their first purchase and presenting the referral card.
3. The Rewards

Referrer Reward: The £7.50 credit will be added to the referrer's loyalty card and can be redeemed against future in-store purchases at Oxford Vapours. This credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Referee Reward: The £5 loyalty points for the referee will be applied to their new loyalty card and can be redeemed against future in-store purchases at Oxford Vapours. These points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Notification: We will endeavour to notify the referrer once their £7.50 credit has been applied to their loyalty card, typically within 24-48 hours of the referee’s qualifying purchase. The referee's £5 loyalty will be applied at the time of their first qualifying purchase.
4. General Conditions

Fair Use: This scheme is intended for genuine referrals of new customers. Oxford Vapours reserves the right to withhold rewards if we suspect any fraudulent activity, abuse of the scheme, or self-referral.

One Referral Per New Customer: A new customer can only be referred once. If a new customer presents a referral card from multiple individuals, the reward will be attributed to the referrer whose card is first presented by the new customer at the point of loyalty card setup and purchase.

Scheme Changes: Oxford Vapours reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral scheme, or these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated in-store or on our website.

Data Protection: By participating in the scheme, you agree to Oxford Vapours holding your loyalty card details for the purpose of administering the referral scheme and applying rewards. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy..

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
