We are pleased to announce the relaunch of our ‘Click & Collect’ service that we put on hold after moving to our new HQ in Kingston Bagpuize, near Millets Farm.
We hope that this offers customers from villages around Abingdon and Witney and further afield a chance to make the most of our full online range with same day collection, without having to navigate town centre traffic or parking. There is ample parking around the new unit and orders will be ready within a few minutes of your order being made.
To order products for ‘Click & Collect’ simply select the ‘Collect from Online HQ (OX13 5FE)’ option from your shopping basket before checking out.
The ‘Click & Collect’ point will be open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

When turning in to Kingston Business Park, follow the road down to the mini round-about and take the first exit – follow the road round until you see the Oxford Vapours sign on your left, just past the open grassy area. Ring the bell on your arrival and we will be right with you!
Payment will be through chip-and-pin at the time of collection.
We will hold ‘Click & Collect’ orders for 48hrs – if you need more time than this, please give us a ring on 01235426300 or include a comment in the order notes.
Your order status will be changed to ‘On Hold’ once we have processed the order and it is ready for collection and marked as ‘complete’ once you have collected your order.
