It’s nearly Christmas! Here’s a guide to how the festive bank holidays will affect our shop opening times and online dispatches.
Online
Tuesday the 21st of December is the last date that Royal Mail recommend for 1st class post to arrive before Christmas and It’s Thursday the 23rd for Special Next Day.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend getting stocked up in advance as orders can also take longer than usual with the Christmas rush of parcels.. and that’s without throwing in Covid staff shortages etc.
Our online warehouse will be closing at midday on Christmas Eve (24th Dec) – postal orders must be made before 10.30am and Click & Collects by 11.30am. Any orders made after this time will be processed on Wednesday the 29th as we will be closed for the weekend and then Christmas Day & Boxing Day In Lieu (27th & 28th Dec).
It’s a similar story for New Year this time around, so open until midday on New Year’s Eve (31st Dec) & closed for New Year’s Day In Lieu (3rd Jan), so orders made after 10.30am on the Friday will be dispatched on Tuesday the 4th jan when it’s business as usual.
In Store
We just have the Witney shop this year and it’s a very similar story to Online, with the Bank Holidays in lieu worth considering (27/28th Dec & 3rd Jan) if you are planning a trip. The guys will only be open until 1pm on New Year’s Eve (31st Dec) as we let them get off a little early for a well deserved festive break.
We wish all our customers a very merry Christmas and if you have any questions you need help with please call us or send us an email – we will be more than happy to help.
