Gift Coupon T&Cs

Gift Coupons are emailed as a unique code in a printable .pdf file within 24hrs which can be redeemed on the website. These Gift vouchers are only for use online. Gift cards for use in any of our shops are available in-store.

We will send the code to the email used to process the order – if you wish it to be sent to a different email, please ensure that you specify this in the order notes.

If you would like to add a personal message, please also do this in the order notes.

If you order more than one at a time, vouchers will be sent individually.

Any remaining balance from coupons used will be converted into a new code for future use and emailed to address supplied at the time that the original coupon is redeemed.

Gift Coupons are redeemable against all products on the website, including clearance items.

Gift Coupons can be used in conjunction with other discount codes available at the time.

Gift coupons are unique single use codes, do not share this code with anyone but the intended recipient – we will not take responsibility for the misuse of codes/coupons.
