Dispatches & Deliveries
We are currently shipping inside of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey*.
We process orders between 10am & 4pm** Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders made outside of these hours will be carried over to the next working day.
All items are posted in a bubble wrap protected jiffy bag with packaging peanuts for protection. Liquids are sealed in plastic bags to avoid any damage from leaking and fragile items are packaged again in bubble wrap to protect from bumps during transit.
*We also ship to both static and operational BFPO addresses worldwide, though delivery times are not guaranteed.
**Please note that sometimes payment from Paypal can take up to 30 minutes to clear, so we advise ordering before 3.15pm for guaranteed same day dispatch.
We are currently using Royal Mail 24® Parcel Service to dispatch all orders.
Royal Mail aim to deliver these parcels the next working day, however next day delivery is not guaranteed. Sometimes parcels take 2 or 3 days to arrive.
Parcels are delivered Monday-Saturday.
Royal Mail 24® Parcel Service includes confirmed delivery.
This service does not currently have a public-facing tracking system, though this is coming in Q1 2017.
Please note that Royal Mail class a parcel sent with this service as ‘delayed’ 5 days after posting and ‘lost’ after 12 days. Once we dispatch an order, delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail and we will not be able to offer refunds, replacement products or exchanges until these dates have passed.
