Our order cut-off for same-day dispatch is now strictly 15.30pm

Some Royal Mail orders are experiencing delays in delivery times. Please use Tracked 24 or Special Next Day Service to insure speedy delivery.

We are suspending the use of Royal Mail 48 service as they are most likely to get delayed and not meet expectations.

Royal Mail are not requesting signatures during this time for Tracked or Signed parcels.

Special Next Day guaranteed time is currently 9pm.

Dispatch

We process orders between 9am & 3.30pm – Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders made outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day.

All items are posted in a bubble wrap protected jiffy bag with packaging peanuts for protection. Fragile items are packaged again in bubble wrap to protect from bumps during transit.

Delivery

We are currently shipping inside of the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

Please be aware that Royal Mail delivery times, unless guaranteed, are estimates and can take longer than advertised to arrive.

Parcels are delivered Monday-Saturday.

Royal Mail aim to deliver these parcels the next working day, however next day delivery is not guaranteed. 

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Service

£4 or Free for orders over £60   |   1 Day Service

Parcels are delivered Monday-Friday.

Delays & Loss

Royal Mail class a parcel as ‘delayed’ 5 working days after posting and ‘lost’ after 12 days

(Special Delivery: Delayed after 1 Day / Lost after 5 Days.)

Once we dispatch an order, delivery is the responsibility of Royal Mail and we will not be able to offer refunds, replacement products or exchanges until these dates have passed.
